Job summary

F6 Data Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems in hyperscale data centers across the United States. This hands-on role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, working with both entry and senior technicians, and traveling as project needs demand.

The position emphasizes field operations, documentation, and safety, with opportunities to advance to higher levels.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and piping diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, commissioning and troubleshooting of cooling systems in hyperscale data centers.
• Perform troubleshooting with minimal supervision and assist senior technicians.
• Handle equipment startup checks, commissioning tests, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and maintain safety documentation.
