Job summary

F6 Data Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking Field Service Technicians to support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems in hyperscale data centers across the U.S. Travel up to 100% may be required to meet project needs.

This hands-on role offers growth, pay between $40–$50 per hour, and a path from Apprentice to Senior Technician. You will collaborate with senior staff, document Field startup activities, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience working with HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience working with hydronic systems preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and piping diagrams.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, commissioning and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision and assist senior technicians during complex startups.
• Assist with equipment startup & commissioning for CRAHs, IRHX, and DAHU.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control systems issues.
• Maintain documentation and participate in daily safety meetings.
