Job summary

F6 Data Solutions is seeking Field Service Technicians to assist startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of cooling systems in hyperscale data centers. You will handle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and support commissioning activities.

Travel may be required up to 100%, with costs covered by the company. A valid driver’s license and willingness to fly to project regions are essential. This role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience working with HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience working with hydronic systems preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and piping diagrams.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and control systems.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation required for local travel when applicable.
• Willing to fly to work regions.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems used in hyperscale data centers.
• Perform troubleshooting tasks with minimal supervision while supporting senior technicians.
• Assist with equipment startup checks and commissioning tests.
• Verify equipment installation and piping connections.
• Identify system performance issues and document findings.
• Maintain clear documentation and reports using established templates and tools.
