Job summary

F6 Data Solutions, a rapidly growing HVAC and refrigeration equipment manufacturer, is seeking Field Service Technicians to support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mission-critical cooling systems for hyperscale data centers in the United States. This hands-on role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision while supporting senior technicians.

You will travel frequently (up to 100%), with travel costs covered by the company, and participate in

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' experience with HVAC, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with hydronic systems preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and piping diagrams.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with electrical schematics and control systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel by air to work regions.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of cooling systems used in hyperscale data centers.
• Perform troubleshooting with minimal supervision while supporting senior technicians.
• Assist with startup and commissioning activities for cooling systems including CRAH, IRHX, DAHU.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and identify root causes.
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting for field operations.
