Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Vertical Market Manager for the Data Centers sector to lead growth strategies and GTM initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and BU leaders to shape roadmaps, strategies, and customer engagements in a rapidly evolving data center market.
The role requires deep industry insights, strong collaboration across functions, and the ability to drive share-of-wallet expansion with strategic accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in Marketing, Market Strategy, or Business Development.
- 5+ years developing and executing go-to-market or strategic initiatives.
- Ability to travel 25%–40% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Data Center Vertical Strategy and go-to-market motions.
- Serve as Carrier's internal SME on data center trends and competitive dynamics.
- Deliver actionable market intelligence to inform priorities and investments.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and BU leaders to drive growth.
- Lead executive engagement initiatives, including quarterly business reviews.
- Support travel for customer engagements and industry events (25–40%).
