The successful candidate will lead large, cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate a passion for customer service, while traveling up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of leadership experience across operations, sales, aftermarket, strategy, or general management.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with data center customers to plan and execute the full line of business and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define project goals and success criteria.
• Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional data center teams for accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Host program reviews with internal/external stakeholders to drive long-term agreements and financial targets.
• Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and performance.
• Develop strong, lasting customer relationships and explore opportunities to expand wallet share.
