Job summary

Intek Plastics is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand our data center presence by building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and identifying strategic growth opportunities. You will collaborate with leadership, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

You will lead BD efforts, develop go-to-market strategies, and provide market intelligence to guide strategic direction. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years supporting customers or clients in the data center industry.
• Experience selling custom-engineered products using a consultative sales approach.
• Proven success growing sales and developing business across multiple industries.
• Plastics processing experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
