Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• 8+ years in business development, strategic sales, or similar leadership.
• Experience in Data Centers, Electrical infrastructure or related markets.
• Knowledge of low‑voltage power distribution equipment.
• Experience with end users, consultants, EPCs, contractors and strategic accounts.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable growth of low‑voltage power distribution in Data Centers.
• Develop and execute account plans for strategic customers, consultants, EPCs, and hyperscalers.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities from early development to award.
• Build strong relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, EPCs, and partners.
• Provide technical support and assist prequalification for Key/Focus Accounts.
• Collaborate across sales, applications, product management, and leadership to improve win probability.
• Forecast monthly pipeline accurately and manage CRM data.
