Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the Data Center market, focusing on low-voltage power distribution and electrical infrastructure solutions. You will work with end users, hyperscalers, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners to shape and advance complex opportunities.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, account development experience, and technical understanding of power distribution systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing required.
• 8+ years in business development or strategic sales.
• Experience in Data Centers or related markets.
• Knowledge of low-voltage power distribution equipment.
• CRM-based opportunity pipelines and forecasts experience.
• Travel up to 50-70%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth of low-voltage power distribution solutions in the Data Center market.
• Develop and execute account development plans for strategic customers and hyperscalers.
• Identify and advance opportunities from early development through award.
• Build relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, EPC firms, and partnerships.
• Provide technical support and prequalification assistance for Key and Focus Accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and leadership to improve win probability.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and monthly project forecasts.
• Support budgets, customer presentations, and business reviews.
• Lead opportunity qualification and pursuit strategy with stakeholders.
