NTT DATA is seeking a Data Center Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) to deliver professional second-line onsite and remote technical support for data center environments. You will proactively identify incidents, troubleshoot, and drive resolutions to minimize SLA breaches.

The role involves configuring infrastructure, installing software per client requirements, and collaborating with client IT teams and vendors. A Bachelor's degree and relevant DC certifications are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Professional level certification in Data Centre technologies (e.g., Cisco DC, NetApp ONTAP).

• Provide second line onsite and remote technical support.
