NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Data Centre Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L3) to provide third-line on-site technical support and field engineering for client environments. You will work proactively to resolve incidents and maintain SLA targets while collaborating with client IT environments and vendors.

The role emphasizes proactive problem identification, documentation, and knowledge sharing, with a strong focus on service continuity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computing or related field.
• VMware Certified Certificate (VCP-DCV) and storage certifications are preferred.
• Experience with data center tech and remote/on-site support.

Responsabilités

• Provide third-line onsite technical support and field engineering.
• Restore services and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
• Document incidents with detailed notes and create knowledge articles.
