Job summary

HDR is seeking a Building Engineering Services (BES) Construction Field Services Lead to scale and operationalize a North American CFS program, focusing on the Tech, Media, Telecom market sector. You will drive profitability, set strategy, and align cross-functional teams to deliver reliable CA/CM services.

You will lead the BES CFS leadership team, drive enterprise initiatives, ensure safety, and mentor PMs, CMs, and field staff, while fostering HDR’s employee-owned culture across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and management, contracts, cost control, and safety.
• Experience with Procore, Prolog, Primavera, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong people skills and ability to lead across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term BES CFS growth strategy, aligned with BES and corporate objectives.
• Drive expansion toward a scaled, Data Center focused market sector CFS business.
• Operationalize and refine the BES CFS Strategic Plan with KPIs and metrics.
• Promote standardized processes, delivery frameworks, and best practices across CFS.
• Lead enterprise-level coordination to maximize HDR’s competitive advantage.
