Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager/Site Supervisor to oversee installation, programming, start-up, and certification of fire, security, and building automation projects. You will ensure work stays within contract scope, budget, and schedule while leading a team on diverse sites.

The role emphasizes customer service, integrity, and growth within a positive culture and equal opportunity employer. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 5-7 years in relevant field.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm or building automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion within budget and scope of work.
• Mentors and directs Project Specialists and Installers; coordinates on-site activities with subcontractors.
• Ensures quality assurance standards and compliance with codes and company policies.
• Recruits and hires project staff and manages performance of direct reports.
• Identifies project risks and helps implement strategies to minimize deviations from costs and deadlines.
