Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, start-up, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will work with the project team to ensure execution within scope, budget, and schedule, while upholding Convergint’s values and culture.

You will oversee site management, supervise field staff, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field installation projects in fire, security, or building automation.
• Ability to supervise teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget within contractual scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion within budget and scope.
• Coordinates with the Project Coordinator to prepare installation plans and procedures.
• Supervises field technicians and subcontractors; mentors and directs team.
• Ensures installation quality and compliance with codes and standards.
• Provides technical training and support to customers.
