Qualifications

• Strong field supervision and installation experience for building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security systems.
• Experience reading blueprints and drawings; advanced mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and maintain customer focus under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and willingness for field travel.
• Collaborates with project team to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site management of projects for successful, timely completion within budget and scope.
• Prepares installation plans and implements job procedures with Project Coordinator.
• Supervises technicians and subcontractors, mentoring and directing work as needed.
• Coordinates subcontractors on-site and ensures QA standards are met.
• Identifies risks and helps implement strategies to minimize cost and schedule deviations.
