Job summary

Convergint seeks a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, start-up, certification, and customer training on fire, security, and/or building automation projects.

You will oversee site management, coordinate with project teams, supervise technicians, and ensure quality within contract scope, budget, and schedule. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a college degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong field supervision and installation experience with building automation, fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management for successful, timely completion within budget and scope.
• Supervises field staff and subcontractors; mentors and directs work.
• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services security, fire/life-safety, and building automation systems.
