Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, startup, and certification for Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects. You will ensure work stays within contract scope, budget, and timeline while training customers.

You will supervise field teams, coordinate with project staff, and drive high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within budget and schedule.
• Ability to install, program, test, repair, and service security, fire alarm, life safety, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion within budget and scope.
• Mentors and directs Project Specialists, Installers, and subcontractors in the field.
• Communicates project risks and coordinates changes to minimize cost and schedule impact.
• Ensures installation quality per codes and company standards.
• Provides technical support and training to customers and as needed.
