Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Field Project Manager to lead installation, programming, start-up, and training on Fire, Security, and Building Automation projects. You will coordinate with the project team to ensure work is completed within scope, budget, and schedule, while delivering world-class service.

You will supervise field technicians and subcontractors, manage safety and quality, review drawings, and communicate project status to stakeholders. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 5–7 years in field project management on relevant systems.
• Certifications: Product-specific or industry licenses are valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management for on-time, on-budget project completion.
• Supervise field personnel and subcontractors; mentor and assign work.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinator for installation plans and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and codes.
