Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team, on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will oversee cost controls, forecasting, and reporting for EPC programs, ensuring alignment with Primavera P6 schedules and client requirements.

As a key member, you will lead a project controls team, manage cost data, and deliver updates to management; join a global engineering leader known for delivering critical infrastructure and advanced manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience coordinating and executing project issues.
• Experience aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
• Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
• Must have led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
