You’ll lead cost forecasting, earned value measurement, budgeting, and reporting for multi‑million EPC programs. The role requires 20+ years in project cost controls, experience with Total Installed Cost, Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in project cost controls.
• Experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience collecting and reporting on field progress/quantities installed.
• Coordinating multi-million/billion EPC projects.
• Aligning construction cost with Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls and financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls and reporting function for EPC programs.
• Provide client updates and presentations to management.
• Manage on-site cost forecasting, budgeting, and earned value measurement.
• Coordinate with Schedule and subcontractors to align cost and progress.
• Mentor and manage the Project Controls team.
