The role requires on‑site work, leadership of the cost controls team, and delivering client updates and management presentations.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program's cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide updates and presentations to management; assist director.
