Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Cost Manager to join our Program Management Team on a full-time, on-site basis in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead cost controls, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for EPC programs, ensuring alignment with Primavera P6 schedules and client expectations.

The role requires extensive experience in multi-million/billion EPC projects, strong leadership, and expertise with Excel, Power BI, and database tools.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience aligning cost with Primavera P6 schedules.
• On-site, full-time role in Spartanburg, SC with per diem package.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls and reporting function for EPC programs.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate with Program Project Services Director and cross-functional teams.
