Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Cost Manager to support the Program Management Team on on-site projects. You will lead cost controls, forecasting, and reporting for multi-million EPC programs.

This role requires 20+ years of experience and a strong track record in project controls and financial analysis. Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls and cost management for EPC programs.
• Experience with cost reporting and earned value tracking.
• Ability to align construction cost with schedule and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program construction cost controls and reporting function.
• Provide client updates and presentations to management.
• Lead the Project Controls team and coordinate with PMO.
• Support risk management, cashflow and forecasting tools.
