Job summary

Jacobs in the United States is seeking a Project Controls Cost Manager to join the Program Management Team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead the cost controls, forecasting, budgeting, and earned value efforts for complex EPC programs, reporting to client management with updates and presentations.

The role requires extensive experience in cost management, Primavera P6 alignment, and leading project controls teams across multi-million/billion-dollar projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience collecting and reporting field progress and quantities installed.
• Experience aligning construction cost with Primavera P6 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction cost controls and reporting for the program.
• Forecast costs, analyze budgets, and monitor earned value.
• Manage change control and risk management processes.
• Coordinate with client management and present updates to leadership.
• Support Project Services Director and lead the Project Controls team.
