Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Director of Engineering to provide regional direction for engineering operations and strategic planning. You will work with the VP of Engineering and other Directors to drive high-value projects, manage staffing, and ensure technical excellence.

The role requires deep electrical engineering knowledge, strong management acumen, and a PE license in the US. Expect travel up to 50% and a comprehensive benefits package including ESOP and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, architectural engineering, construction sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of related work experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the US is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering operations and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Oversee planning, detailing/modeling and non-production work; map skills to tasks.
• Recruit, train and deploy staff across the region.
