Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Director of Engineering - Data Centers to lead regional engineering strategy, operations, and performance. You will oversee teams delivering state-of-the-art data center designs, including AI-focused facilities, and collaborate with VP, Engineering and other directors to shape strategic direction.

The role requires advanced knowledge of building systems electrical engineering, strong management skills, and the ability to win new work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required; PE preferred or licensed.
• Typically requires 12 years of related work experience.
• Registration as a licensed U.S.-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads regional engineering strategy, operations, and performance.
• Oversees engineering teams delivering data center designs.
• Develops proposals and secures work for the firm.
• Directs preliminary engineering activities and QA/QC testing.
• Supports pre-construction efforts including estimating and business development.
