Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering for Data Center Construction. You will oversee regional engineering direction, planning, budgeting, and staffing while providing input to senior leadership on strategic decisions.

Travel up to 50% is required for project oversight and field verification. Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a bachelor’s in electrical engineering, and 12+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of building systems electrical engineering, manufacturing or technology.
• Advanced management skills including planning, resource management and staff development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs engineering operations for regional projects and budgeting.
• Oversees preliminary engineering activities and project close-out.
• Develops proposals and secures work for the firm; acts as an emissary for client negotiations.
