Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Data Center Senior Engineering Team Lead to oversee complex Data Center projects and guide multiple engineering teams. The role emphasizes engineering management, QA/QC, and coordination with executives to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates will have PE licensure, extensive data center experience, and a track record managing large-scale electrical design efforts across campuses with 50MW+ capacity. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of engineering processes and calculations including load calculations and distribution systems.
• Advanced management skills: work planning, resource management, fee development, staff oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of equipment testing and commissioning.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technically complex engineering problems.
• Ability to oversee electrical system studies like Short Circuit and Arc Flash.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for AI Data Center work.
• Design Data Center mission-critical projects.
• Oversee Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• QA/QC of project designs developed by teams.
• Communicate with Project Executive or Division Manager on effort and deliverables.
