Job summary

Rosendin seeks an experienced Data Center Senior Engineering Team Lead to manage large-scale data center projects and mentor multiple engineering leads. The role demands strong technical depth in electrical design, resource planning, and QA/QC across teams.

Preference for a PE license; prior data center experience and experience with 50MW+ facilities are highly valued. You will coordinate with PX/DM and ensure delivery on complex scopes and schedules.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of engineering processes and calculations including load calculations, equipment layout, distribution, and codes.
• Strong management skills including work planning, resource management, and fee development.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple engineering teams and QA/QC of designs.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the US is required. 10+ years engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for state-of-the-art AI Data Center projects.
• Design Data Center mission critical systems and oversee engineering teams.
• Oversee resource allocation, work planning, and fee disposition for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with executives and PM teams; oversee QA/QC and problem resolution.
• Lead coordination with officials and regulatory agencies as needed.
• Perform value engineering and ensure design packages meet scope and standards.
