Rosendin is seeking a Director of Engineering - Data Centers to guide regional engineering strategy, operations and performance. You will oversee teams delivering state-of-the-art data center designs, including AI-focused facilities, working with senior leadership to shape direction and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, architectural engineering or related field.
• Typically requires 12 years of related work experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional engineering strategy, operations and performance.
• Oversee engineering teams delivering data center designs and AI-focused facilities.
• Develop proposals and secure work for the firm.
• Direct preliminary engineering activities and QA/QC.
• Visit project locations for feasibility studies and field investigations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
