Director, Project Execution to lead a high‑level team focused on quality, schedule and safety in the North American energy storage market, covering Utility-scale and C&I projects. You will partner with BESS Strategy, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales and Product Development to drive growth, governance of the product roadmap, operational excellence, and executive reporting to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified in the job description.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience leading or managing project teams.
• Minimum 7+ years in energy storage (BESS), renewable energy, power utilities, or energy consulting.
• Deep understanding of the North American power sector and interconnection/regulatory requirements.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across front-of-the-meter and behind-the-meter energy storage projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and formulate process and strategy for industry leading execution for North American BESS.
• Understand utilities, ISOs interconnection requirements, and policy analysis.
• Benchmark competitive positioning among SIs, hardware/software vendors, and developers.
• Align market requirements with technology roadmaps and commercial operations.
• Direct and mentor a highly technical team to ensure business continuity.
