Ideal candidate has 8+ years of delivery experience, strong client-facing and leadership skills, and a background in engineering or real estate development. Role focuses on complex programs across North America with opportunities to drive value for developers, investors, and hyperscale clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience on data center or similar development programs.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience leading projects from land acquisition through handover to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development from site screening through readiness for construction.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and executive-level reporting.
• Support business development and client relationships.
