Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Development to lead data center development programs from site selection to construction. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires 8+ years in data center delivery, strong commercial and risk management skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders at executive level across North America. Travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading data center development projects.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent.
• Experience leading projects from land acquisition through handover.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient – expert experience with Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead data center projects from land acquisition through handover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with developers, investors, utility providers, and authorities.
• Drive business development and expand services with clients.
• Provide governance, reporting, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and investment criteria.
