The role requires 8+ years of delivery experience, strong leadership and client‑facing skills, and the ability to manage complex development schedules, budgets and risks across a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience focused on data center development.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or PM.
• Experience leading land acquisition through handover to construction.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development projects from site screening to handover.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with authorities, developers, and vendors.
• Support business development and expand service delivery.
• Lead client relationships and communicate progress at exec level.
• Ensure alignment with client objectives and investment criteria.
• Support commissioning and handover to operations.
