Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in data center development.
• Experience leading complex data center projects from land acquisition through construction.
• Strong communication and client-facing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development projects with primary client representation and trusted advisor duties.
• Manage development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, site evaluations, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with authorities, landowners, investors, and utility providers.
• Lead governance, reporting, and executive level presentations.
