You will guide projects from site acquisition to construction handover, balancing schedule, cost, and performance while acting as a trusted advisor to developers, investors, and hyperscale operators.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in data center development or mission-critical projects.
• Experience leading projects from land acquisition through handover to construction.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development projects from site screening through readiness for construction.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee feasibility studies, due diligence, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand services with clients.
