The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, risk and schedule management, and collaboration with investors, developers, and utilities to deliver high-profile data center projects with a focus on excellence and growth of the North America practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience focusing on data center development.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent.
• Experience leading land acquisition through handover to construction or delivery teams.
• Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client representative for assigned data center projects.
• Lead governance, reporting, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams and align project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, investors, utility providers and authorities.
• Oversee development schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Review design and construction drawings for constructability and alignment.
