Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC seeks a Development Program Manager (TFO Construction) to lead design, pre-construction, and construction on data center campus projects. You will collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Venders, and Data Center Operations to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires managing multiple campuses, updating executive dashboards, and coordinating with procurement for the master development program and capital budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to present program updates to executives; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate updates on development program and project status for executive reviews.
• Work with stakeholders to create a master development program and capital budget.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Implement multi-phased site development plans and maintain a campus master plan.
• Write scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning services and participate in procurement.
• Evaluate pricing proposals and coordinate with procurement for equipment delivery.
• Ensure submittals are coordinated with site stakeholders and monitor project budgets.
• Establish site schedules and lead teams to on-time completion; review pay applications and change orders.
• Represent QTS in meetings and foster relationships with stakeholders.
