Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Engineer (Data Center Construction) to support design, preconstruction and construction activities across multiple projects in West Texas. You will collaborate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors and Data Center Operations to keep programs on track.

Key responsibilities include assisting with budgets, schedules, executive updates, campus design, entitlement and permitting, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience using MS Office (PowerPoint for program updates, Excel for budgets).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development leadership and Project Manager with day-to-day activities.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple projects.
• Support master development program design with site campuses and capital budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for assigned sites.
• Review change orders and negotiate pricing with contractors.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure on-time completion.
