Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Program Manager (TFO Construction) to lead design, pre-construction, and construction on targeted data center campuses. You will coordinate with facilities, contractors, designers, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and effective communication with executives.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial construction, a strong programming background, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and delivery methods.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint for exec updates and Excel for budgets.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and present monthly development program updates for executives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop master development plans and budgets.
• Handle entitlement and permitting needs for site projects.
• Develop phased site plans to meet time, budget, and quality goals.
