Job summary

QTS is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction OFCIR) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned campus sites. You will manage budgets, schedules, and reporting for executive reviews, coordinating with facilities, contractors, and vendors.

Strong communication and leadership are required to drive on-time delivery of complex data center facilities. The role demands 5+ years in commercial construction, travel as needed, and experience with MEP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction with multiple delivery methods.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities for data center projects on campus sites.
• Develop master development programs, budgets and schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Coordinate with facilities, contractors, designers and vendors; manage change orders.
