Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Development Project Manager to lead the design, preconstruction and construction activities on data center projects. You will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Operations staff to ensure clear communication and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering with 5+ years in commercial construction, proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create monthly updates for executive reviews and present information clearly.
• Develop master development programs for sites and manage budgets and permits.
