Quality Technology Services seeks a Critical Operations Technician I to install, repair, and maintain IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems within a data center. The role supports customers on the data floor, manages tickets, and escalates issues to systems engineers as needed.

The position requires on-site work in a 24x7x365 environment with hands-on maintenance, monitoring, and response to alerts. Prior experience in data centers, NOC, or related fields is preferred.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of technical training or workplace equivalency.
• Background in IT, electrical, and/or mechanical.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Performs installation, repair, and maintenance of IT, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping equipment.
• Monitors building systems operations and conducts routine assessments.
• Provides remote hands and eyes services for customers and supports data center customers on the floor.
• Creates and updates tickets in the ticketing system for customer calls and alerts.
• Operates and monitors critical and non-critical system equipment for safe, compliant operation.
• Responds to building emergencies and customer requests and follows Change Management processes.
