Job summary

Seven Executive Limited, in partnership with a global HVAC and heat transfer manufacturer, seeks a Business Development Manager to grow the Data Center Cooling business across North America. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, forging relationships with data center operators, consultants and OEMs, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven business development or sales experience within the data center or mission critical market.
• Experience with data center cooling, heat exchangers, dry coolers, chillers, liquid cooling, heat rejection, HVAC or related thermal technologies.
• Existing relationships across the US data center ecosystem.
• Experience developing new accounts and generating business rather than solely managing an existing territory.
• Strong commercial and technical understanding.
• Ability to travel approximately 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development activities across the North American Data Center market.
• Identify and secure new projects, customers and strategic opportunities.
• Build relationships with data center operators, consultants, contractors, EPCs, OEMs and other key stakeholders.
• Develop a strong pipeline of Data Center cooling projects.
• Work closely with technical and engineering teams to develop customer solutions.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.
• Provide market intelligence around competitors, projects and emerging cooling technologies.
• Support the company's wider growth strategy across North America.
