Job summary

Conflux Technology seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to win North American data center liquid‑cooling opportunities from technical qualification through design‑in and production. You will engage with OEMs/ODMs, cooling‑system integrators, silicon companies and hyperscalers, coordinating with Solutions Engineers and Commercial teams to drive substantial, strategic deals.

This remote, full‑time contractor role offers significant autonomy, travel to North America and periodic visits

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in business development, technical sales or strategic accounts.
• Experience winning design‑in or production business.
• Established North American network across server OEMs/ODMs, cooling integrators or hyperscaler supply chains.
• Experience with direct liquid cooling components such as cold plates, CDUs, manifolds and rack interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across the North American data center liquid‑cooling market.
• Identify and qualify accounts with genuine potential for repeat production.
• Lead complex, long‑cycle opportunities from first engagement through design‑in and production.
• Translate technical performance into customer value, total cost of ownership and rack‑level economics.
• Work with internal technical teams through evaluation, testing and production readiness.
• Lead first‑line commercial discussions covering pricing, evaluation agreements and supply arrangements.
• Build a disciplined, accurate and forecastable pipeline.
• Develop strategic channel, integration and design partnerships.
• Represent Conflux at industry events and technical forums.
