Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in data center sales or business development.
• Experience with HVAC cooling and fire protection solutions.
• Established network within hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centers.
• Ability to navigate 6–18 month sales cycles and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual BD plan to expand market share.
• Drive direct sales to data center end users and providers.
• Manage full lifecycle sales from prospecting to contracts.
• Maintain CRM and forecast pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events.
