Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 5+ years of relevant discipline work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience.
• 2+ years of vendor management experience.
• 2+ years of construction or project management experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• CFC license or PMI qualification (PMP, IPMA, IPMC).

Responsibilities

• Train and assist internal customers and stakeholders with BMS and EPMS systems.
• Provide technical assistance during lifecycle of the data center; review maintenances and actions.
• Develop BMS & EPMS project scopes, schedules, budgets, and LOE.
• Manage scope, schedule, finance and execution of BMS/EPMS projects in AWS data centers.
• Assist in procurement activities including RFQs, vendor responses, and PO issuance.
• Participate in AWS on-call schedule for BMS/EPMS support.
• Attend project meetings and report status to Controls and stakeholders.
• Support commissioning activities in data centers.
• Review and iterate on controls SOO and provide feedback to design team.
• Develop and modify controls logic programming and GUIs.
• Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables and navigate challenging situations.
• Financially manage BMS and EPMS service contracts.
• Visit in-operation data centers to troubleshoot and supervise vendor work.
