Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Civil/Structural/Architectural engineering experience or 15–20 years in construction management for heavy-industrial facilities including life sciences and data centers.
Understanding of construction means, methods, codes and standards.
Experience interpreting home office engineering documents for construction purposes.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to read and understand Civil/Structural/Architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership in resolving in-progress issues related to drawings and specs, and coordinate with home office engineers to meet project needs.
Liaise with home office engineering, outside firms, and client representatives.
Provide on-site technical support interpreting released documents, specs, and drawings; contribute to change management.
