Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil/Structural/Architectural engineering or 15-20 years in construction management for heavy-industrial facilities including life sciences and datacenters.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, codes, and standards.
• Experience interpreting home office engineering documents for construction purposes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance in resolving in-progress issues related to drawings and specifications; coordinate responses to meet project needs.
• Liaise with home office engineering, outside engineering firms, and client representatives.
• Provide on-site technical support interpreting engineering documents and participate in change management.
