Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Civil/Structural/Architectural drawings.
• Proven leadership in complex construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to resolve in-progress issues and disputes related to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with home office engineering, outside firms, and client representatives.
• Provide on-site technical support interpreting engineering documents and drawings.
• Engage in the permitting process with AHJs.
• Work with Design-Build contractors in field execution.
• Lead construction document management and revision control.
• Mentor team to meet project objectives.
